Policies

Ordering

  • All custom treat orders require at least 2 weeks notice.
  • Orders needed in less than 2 weeks are subject to availability and a 25% rush fee.
  • Your date isn't reserved until your order is placed and your deposit is received.

Payment & Deposits

  • Orders placed on this site are paid in full at checkout.
  • For custom orders placed by message, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date.
  • I accept Cash, Venmo, and Zelle for local orders, plus all major cards through the website.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Because every order is made fresh to order, all sales are final.
  • Cancel 7 or more days before your pickup date: refund of everything paid minus the 50% non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancel fewer than 7 days before: no refund — ingredients are already purchased and your date was held.
  • If I have to cancel for any reason, you get a full refund.
  • Need a different date instead? You can reschedule to a new date (subject to availability) as long as you let me know at least 7 days before your pickup date.

Pickup

  • Pickup is in north Carrollton near Rosemeade Recreation Center, by appointment. I will message you to schedule a time.
  • Please pick up at your scheduled time. Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled time without communication are forfeited without refund.
  • No delivery at this time, all orders are pickup only.
  • Once your treats leave my hands, I'm not responsible for damage during transport. Chocolate and Texas heat don't mix, so please transport in a cool car, out of direct sun.

Design & Customization

  • After ordering, I'll confirm your theme, colors, and event date before I start.
  • Inspiration photos are welcome and help guide the design! I won't copy another artist's work exactly, finished treats will be in my style with your theme.
  • If no inspiration is provided, I design with full creative liberty.

Allergens

Treats are made in a home kitchen that handles milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. I cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

Storage

Keep treats in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight. Refrigeration isn't recommended for chocolate-dipped treats, but if your event is outdoors in summer, ask me for guidance.
